# Remote Diagnostics and Support

Diagnostics collect only safe system and product information: OS version, Installed AtiqSoft products, Product versions, Agent status, Update status, Disk space, Memory, CPU summary, and Recent AtiqSoft error logs.

Support bundles include product logs, installer logs, update logs, health report, and config summary with secrets masked.

Allowed actions are request health check, request logs, restart AtiqSoft agent, retry failed update, refresh license, and clear AtiqSoft temp cache.

Remote shell, arbitrary script execution, registry editing, credential collection, and Windows or Office activation actions are not supported.
